Notes: Position Numbers from Top to Bottom are 1 To 12. Momentary On/Off Switch Standard. On/Off Switches are Always Positions 1 and 2.
For On-Wired Pendants: Specify Cable Sleeve (Bushing) Outside Cable Diameter.
For Pre-Wired Pendants: Specify Connection on an Attached Diagram, and Specify Cable Length.
For Special Switch Requirements: Specify Switch Position Number and Any Special Instruction an the Order Form/Price Request Form.

Example of Notation for Parts numbers Adders: To indicate a Two-Speed Hoist, Single-Speed Bridge & Trolley with a Maintained On/Off Switch, select the closest complete part Number; i.e., CFM74-61 (8 buttons, 6 Single-Speed, with Momentary On/Off). The complete Part Number would be CFM74-61MBB34.
