Model A64295, Soft-Start with Speed Selection

Setable Ramp Time: 1 to 60 seconds.

Target-Speeds can be set: below base speed - at base speed - above base speed.

Target-Speed Control Options:

  • Three programmable target-speed inputs.
  • One 0 to 10 volt input in conjunction with the V-speed input provides an adjustable target-speed.

The target-speed input read at startup is followed. The target-speed cannot be changed during operation.

Stopping: The motor will coast to a stop when the target-speed input is switched off.

Model A64295/OV, Soft-Start with Variable Speed & Overhauling Braking

Setable Ramp Time: 1 to 60 seconds.

Target-Speeds can be set: below base speed - at base speed - above base speed.

    Target-Speed Control Options:

  • Three programmable target-speed inputs.
  • One 0 to 10 volt input in conjunction with the V-speed input provides an adjustable target-speed.

The target-speed can be changed during operation.

A voltage dump IGBT is installed to dump braking energy into an external resistor. This feature allows:

  • Speed changes during operation.
  • Overhauling loads braked to base speed.

Stopping: The motor will coast to a stop from base speed when the target-speed input is switched off.

Maximum dump current: 100 amps -- Recommended dump resistor value: 4 ohms.

    Part A62499, Hand-Held Data Terminal

The data terminal is used to customize performance. The terminal menus provide rapid access for setting and checking operating parameters, status, faults and diagnostics.

Part A63893-16V, Optional Remote-Mount Operator Display

4X20 LCD display reports operating conditions and fault status. Order required cable A62811-2.10.

    Optional Velocity Readout

A velocity encoder input is standard; with an optional user-installed encoder connected, the motor speed can be displayed.
